Is it really July already?

Class Projects

Well where is the year going? It is already the 1st July and only three weeks until the big school holidays. I am sorry for my lack of posts, life has just taken over this year. I have been holding classes and my Lumby Craft and Cuppa sessions as usual and have lots of photos of projects we have made ready to share but they just never made it onto here! I came along to update something the other day and realised how many hits my last post had, which is what inspired me to come along and post again.

So I thought I would start by sharing one of a series of three cards we made at  Lumby Craft and Cuppa about a month ago. I had bought some pre order products from the new Catty and wanted to make sure I used them so I set my mind to using the Affectionately Yours Suite of products. I fell in love with the papers so decided to buy the stamp set and embossing folders that complemented them. But I must admit I really struggled to use all of the products together but I pushed on through and here is the first of the three cards I came up with.

  You can nott tell here but its a Large Square Pop Up Z Fold Card and I had been wanting to make one for such a long time. The ladies loved the papers and the butterfly which is always a popular addition to any project. But the thing they especially loved was how deep the embossing is on this card which makes it stand out.
